Currently, we have seen an increase in visitors as we are welcoming more than 30,000 people each month. This steady flow of consumers has allowed us to maintain our rental capacity at 100% for the last 5 consecutive years of which our tenants have also seen steady increases in their businesses success. And thankfully, we currently have a waiting list of more than 150 applicants of entrepreneurs who patiently await a vacancy to begin their road to success.
