	Alivio Medical Center provides Chicago festival goers with information about quality cost effective healthcare in the Chicago area and also offered blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and HIV/AIDS screenings. In addition, they held two charlas on nutrition and breast cancer
	Circle Family Care provides information about health counseling and how to obtain medical, nutritional and physical help in the Chicago area. CFC provided glucose and blood pressure screenings at the Chicago festival.
	Mount Sinai Hospital provides information about quality healthcare in the Chicago area, and they also offered asthma screenings and held a charla on asthma prevention.
	The Midwest Latino Health Research, Training, and Policy Center provides information about quality healthcare in the Chicago area and distributed information about their clinics.

	The Chicago Partnership for Health Promotion provides information about improving nutrition and preventing nutritional diseases.
	HealthCare Alternative Systems, Inc. provides information about substance abuse, mental health and social services.
