Eat a nutritious breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal in the day and after a good night sleep is important to fuel up with a good but not extremely heavy breakfast.

Eat a good variety of food. Open up you diet. Try to eat a bit of everything, don't be afraid of trying new stuff or try to find ways to cook and prepare things you don't usually eat

Exercise. Don't become a couch potato, try to have a regular exercise routine.

Eat only heathy snacks. Junk food can be the en of you. Try to stick to those healthy snack like a fruit.
