Salvadoran Pupusa

Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken breast

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 clove garlic (minced)

1 red pepper (seeded and minced)

1 small tomato, (seeded and chopped)

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1⁄2 small onion (diced)

5 cups corn flour

6 cups water

1⁄2 pound low-fat mozzarella cheese, grated
